Based in Nelson, BC, the West Kootenay Regional Arts Council provides training, consultation, communication and coordination for the local arts council efforts within the Columbia Basin. They are also a partner of Columbia Basin Trust to deliver the Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance arts and culture funding program.

They came to Genex Marketing with two older sites that needed to be consolidated into one. Once we had a keen understanding of their goals and objectives, our team set to work on building a site that is information-rich and organized in a manner that visitors can easily find what they are looking for. Some of the technical components we built in the site include an events system, a funding portal, a membership section and the ability to take donations.
