QuickBooks Integration End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the ClubGX Automation Router QuickBooks Integration (“Application”), provided by Genex Marketing Agency Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Description of the Application
The ClubGX Automation Router is a workflow automation and integration system designed to connect business systems including:
- QuickBooks Online
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Desk
- WordPress
- Gravity Forms
- Other connected business applications
The Application enables authorized users to synchronize customer, account, and related data between systems for the purpose of business automation and operational workflows.
The Application may store limited synchronized data locally within the WordPress environment for operational purposes.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Genex Marketing Agency Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for internal business operations.
You may not:
- sublicense or redistribute the Application
- reverse engineer or modify the Application
- sell or commercialize the Application without authorization
3. Authorized Use
The Application is intended only for:
- internal company use
- authorized employees
- approved contractors or system administrators
Use of the Application outside of the intended environment is not permitted.
4. Integration with Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- QuickBooks Online (Intuit)
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Desk
- WordPress plugins and APIs
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Genex Marketing Agency Ltd. is not responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of third-party platforms.
5. Data Access and Synchronization
When authorized by the user, the Application may access business data including:
- customer information
- account records
- contact information
- accounting customer records
- system identifiers required for synchronization
This data may be temporarily cached within the local application database to support automation workflows.
The Application does not modify accounting records unless explicitly configured to do so by the user.
6. Support and Maintenance
Support for the Application may be provided at the discretion of Genex Marketing Agency Ltd.
Support services may include:
- bug fixes
- integration maintenance
- security updates
- compatibility updates
There is no guarantee of continuous support unless covered under a separate support agreement.
7. Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their systems, including:
- protecting API credentials
- controlling access to administrative areas
- maintaining secure hosting environments
- updating software dependencies
Genex Marketing Agency Ltd. is not responsible for security breaches caused by compromised hosting environments or improper configuration.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated at any time if:
- the user violates this Agreement
- the Application is misused
- continued use presents security or compliance risks
Upon termination, the user must discontinue use of the Application.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Genex Marketing Agency Ltd. makes no guarantees regarding:
- uninterrupted service
- error-free operation
- compatibility with all systems
- business outcomes resulting from automation
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genex Marketing Agency Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- loss of data
- loss of revenue
- operational interruptions
- accounting discrepancies
- damages arising from integration errors
Use of the Application is at the user’s own risk.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
